Communication Non-Verbal

Non-verbal communication is a major part of our daily communication. It is the communication that we convey through gestures, eye access cues, body movements, facial expressions, clothing, and eye contact.

In 1967, two researchers, UCLA professor Mehrabian and Ferris, concluded that 93% of communication is considered nonverbal. Nonverbal communication can be anything from tone of voice, body language, and anything that doesn't come out of your mouth basically.
